Strategy
Any university has workflows with numerous stakeholders from diverse groups (administration, departments, students, lecturers, applicants etc.). Significant examples are employment- processes and examination procedures where the different participants work on different steps – often without personal contact among each other. To obtain the maximal advantage in service improvement offered by HISinOne the rollout starts with the identification of existing processes, followed by the detection of potential optimizations and the definition of practicable process chains and other variable parameters. The HIS project-team ‘process- and projectmanagement‘ supports universities through every phase of the project. The main focus of this team is to adapt HISinOne to the processes and organizational structures of the university and not vice versa.
