User Interface and Usability

HISinOne is designed after the guidelines of the german „Barrierefreie Informationstechnik-Verordnung“ (accessibel information technology act) which itself is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 1.0 developed by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). The main features of the user friendly interface:

• it is clearly arranged and can be used intuitivly,
• it guarantees accssessibility and multilingualism (including the support of arabic and asian character sets),
• it is based on consistent concepts for design and navigation,
• it can easily be adapted to the requirements of different user groups.
